At a zone where calmness is experienced in the midst of chaos, and chaos when there should be calmness. So how do I feel about it? Well I am fine with the former.
Experiencing calmness in the midst of chaos is a blissful feeling as it can enable you to focus on one particular thing. Chaos, in this case is not a distraction or a disorganised feeling but a path leading to calmness.
It is a swing moving on either sides i.e., calmness in times of chaos and chaos in times of calmness. Whichever situation it may be, we prefer calmness more than anything and it isn't easy but certainly not impossible. Being in a complete contrast setting might not thrill you but to a certain extent, it is a blissful feeling as it enables us to think and understand and that realisation can happen even without making an effort as it has to happen naturally.
However, being in both the zones are a bliss and a big plus to us in a way. Yes, you read it right! Calmness in times of chaos and chaos in times of chaos is a big plus to us. How? Let me explain.
When in times of chaos, trying to experience calmness might be a task and all that depends on your ideologies and perceptions. And determining those ideologies and perceptions, you can eventually experience calmness and focus on what you want to do. It might not seem easy when you read it, but trust me, it has always worked. And it also depends on the environment you are in.
When in times of calmness, that is what you think is peaceful serenity wise, but experiencing chaos, you have to realise that it is from within. This chaos will determine what's bothering you and how it can be resolved. What matters more is how you feel from within and that is reflected externally.
As it is said at the end of every animated movie, it is ‘All Within You.’ And only you can change it. No one can do it for you. It is you who has to find the calmness in the midst of chaos and identify the chaos during extreme calmness and resolve it accordingly. Both the calmness and chaos can be identified on the basis of our focus.
Thank you so much for reading, I will see you in the next blog. Cheers!
