Kappela (2020 Malayalam) | Romance and thriller

A conversation that begins with an errant phone call blossoms into romance. Kappela's story is whether or not the two eventually hook up.

The story, which starts as a simple drama, turns into a romance and then turns into a thriller.

Movie watchers will be in one mood for half the movie and another for the rest 🙂 .

Jesse belongs to a middle class and low economic status family. So, the restrictions are high. Thus this phone gives him romantic interest.

Auto-driving Vishnu's friendly and helpful nature earns him a good name in the area.

Seeing a groom for Jessie, she decides to meet and talk to Vishnu.

Since both of them have not seen each other before, they decide to meet at the Kozhikode bus station.

Telephone is the only facility / opportunity to communicate. Jessie used an ordinary phone, not a smartphone.

Thriller
Vishnu's phone gets lost in a fight just in time to meet Jesse. After this it became like a thriller.

In this case, another character, Roy, who is a rogue, enters the story of Jesse Vishnu.

In the end, Jessie Vishnu got married and what happened?

Anna Ben as the heroine is a very natural performance. If you haven't seen Helen and Kumbalangi Nights starring her, I highly recommend it.

The film costs nothing! Initially the village near Wayanad was the main area. It is so beautiful.

It's fun to see the busy areas and see the unspoiled part of the city.

It's like watching Malayalam movies for the beauty of their village 🙂 . They make brilliant movies with low investment.

The film has plenty of suspense but, having said that, it's not an interesting watch. Some could be fixed in the script.

I don't understand why they missed it.

Some of the twists in it could be guessed and the doubt came as to how. And the motif is already seen in the news.

The cinematography was very natural, not like a movie, it was like we were traveling through it.

The movie starts off as normal but turns into a thriller. Won't disappoint you, highly recommend watching.
