Delete files
Apart from the above, Google has also released another new announcement.

If a Google Account is not used for two years (24 months) continuously, the files in that account Gmail, Google Drive.

You will receive warning notices before deletion, if you ignore them, the information in this account will be deleted.

This notification also comes into effect from June 1, 2021. Two years after this, it will be 1 June 2023.

So, even if you keep a Google account for backup without using an account, log in and out once every few months.
