Helmet are very important in our daily life. The role of a helmet is to protect our head and provide safety when we are on the road. Therefore , wearing a helmet is something that we should always ensure . Sometime  we notice sometime  we avoid or forget it. Not wearing a helmet only serves  to invite more dangers. 

We may be wearing helmets, but it should be the right way.  At least sometimes we pay fine when we wear a helmet.  There is a reason for that. There is a proper way to wear a helmet.  It is only when we make a mistake that we are forced to pay a fine. Just by wearing a helmet, it is not possible to escape from the fine.

This is where people makes most mistake.always ensure to place strip once after wearing the helmet before starting the vehicle. After  placing the helmet on the head, tie the strap tightly. It saves people life by holding on to it in the event of an accident.A helmet is not just to escape scrutiny.  Each of us must be convinced that the safety of each person is also necessary.  Because everyone on the road will be waiting for their families at home. While buying a helmet, there are certain things and norms to be considered. Ensure the helmet should have an ISI mark .ISI mark is the accreditation of the helmet.Selling the helmet without ISI mark is an illegal offence. The weight limitation of the helmet was reduced from 1.5 kg to 1.2 kg. The minimum thickness of the helmet should be 20 to 25 mm, and it must have high quality foam.

When taking the children and going on a scooter or a bike, the child should wear a helmet anyway. Compared to adults, children's head are likely to get injured sooner. Therefore a correct size helmet should be given to the child. If they're too small, they don't protect well. Or if  they're too big, they can slid down, impair vision and potentially cause injury to children's head.

The helmet can protect the child to some extant. Similarly, the child should be told and understood the importance of the helmet and also the way of wearing a helmet properly.
