Mind: Detoxed Or Not?

Our body needs detoxification,right? same as our mind also needs detoxification, yes. But how can we detox our mind? Hello beautiful souls out there, here i'm presenting few technics for mind detoxification…

Our mind, so gentle and so tender no? But sometimes in our mind we store some unwanted stuffs, some less important things, negetive vibes and lot more. During our childhood we were so happy and enthusiastic, no? But suddenly what happen to us when we grownup? We started expecting. This “expectations” leads us to mental stress. But mind detoxing leads us towards "happiness" again. How? 

In this process of mind detoxification, a little stagnation from all other stuff is required. During this solitude mind gets the right direction of thinking. We are able to feel positive vibes and these vibes brings the mind out of negative things and situations. Solitude is most important phase for detoxification of the mind.  

There are some moments when we need to take care of ourselves. In our day to day life we have to face many complications and ups and downs throughout the day.  Sometimes we are criticized and sometimes appreciated for our creation and work. Often, it is incomprehensible to see, but all such feelings affect our mind and brain a lot. That is why the mind and feeling needs gentle care. For this it is necessary to take a break and think. The accurate balance of work and taking proper rest is necessary not only to avoid physical fatigue, but also to save mental energy.  

Relaxing moments are very important to gain new energy and keep the mind fresh and healthy. Now a days everyone is techsavy. large number of people are in social media. Huge number of post and updates in a single day. We started scroll and giving expression on each and every post.  Sometimes, our mind starts getting engulfed in depression and tension all because of these, why? cause we are started expecting "kash meri life bhi aisi happening hoti!".

In such situation, technical detox is very important to repair the mind. It is very necessary to understand the difference between 'need' and 'addiction' of gadgets to save the health of the mind and brain. It is not enough to get away from gadgets, it is also necessary to spend the time saved from them in some 'creative work' like painting, writing, crafting, gardening, dancing etc. Things related to past and excessive thought of future absorb the energy of present. To get rid of them, it is necessary to free the mind, to detox the mind.  A sense of gratitude and love to almighty God, our family, our near and dear ones and true friends can be helpful in this work... isn't it?
