Who doesn't love beautiful feet?  Protecting your feet is just as important as your face.  It is said that he is clean if you see his feet.  Protecting feet is essential not only for beauty but also for health. Feet are the body part that is most affected by weather changes and should be given more attention and care. The feet need to be protected more during summer and winter.  Cracked feet are seen in children and the elderly. When the oil content of the feet decreases, the skin becomes dry and the skin looks like lines and it turns into cracked feet.  Also, it is more common in people who work in dirt and mud.  This problem can be completely eliminated by providing proper protection to the feet.  There are many natural remedies for this. You can use some items that are easily available in the kitchen to enhance the beauty of your feet.  It is enough to leave it for some time to protect the feet.

Now let's see what are the natural ways to protect the feet.
Grind neem leaves and green turmeric and add some ghee to it and apply it on the cracked feet and wash it with lukewarm water after an hour.  Then apply aloe vera gel on the feet and ankles. Daily application of 'Eladikeram' coconut oil on cracked feet will provide relief for cracked feet.  Applying it with honey and vitamin-E oil is also very good for getting rid of breakouts and preventing them from occurring later. Mix two spoons of glycerine with lemon juice and apply it on the feet after bathing. This will prevent re-tear. After washing your feet thoroughly in lukewarm water, apply lemon juice and wash it off after 20 minutes. Daily cleaning of the feet with a little salt in warm water will help prevent cracks in the cuticles and kill the germs on the feet. Pour a cup of honey in a bucket of water and soak your feet in it.  Doing so will prevent feets from drying up. Massage your feet with oil at least once a week.  Keeping the nails trimmed properly will prevent fungal infection. Mix one tablespoon of Vaseline and one tablespoon of coconut oil well and make a paste.  Store in a cool place before use.  Use on feet daily before going to bed or before showering.  Continue this for two weeks. Beat the egg and remove the yolk and add a tablespoon of lemon juice, a few drops of castor bean and a spoonful of rice powder to it.  Then store in a cool place.  Wash your feet with lukewarm water before using it.  Then apply the prepared mixture on the feet and rub well.  Wash them off after ten minutes.  Repeat this thrice a weekDoing this will give you smooth and beautiful feet.
    Another thing to be especially careful about is the use of footwear.  Footwear with high heels can harm the feet.  Also shoes with less surface and less thickness are not good.  So try to use footwear that fits your feet.  Applying sun screen lotion on your feet when you go outside will help prevent sunburn.
