Five Habits That You Should Quit.

Hey everyone! How are you all? Hope you all are doing fine.

We all have some bad habits. Habits that we recognise and some that we don't. The ones we do, we want to change them. And while doing so, that is while wanting to change a bad habit we actually kick the good one out of our lives. In today's blog I'll help you recognise those bad habits and to replace them with some good one's.

1)Mindless Scrolling on the Internet: scrolling and going to internet is actually a part of a job description so I do realise it is hard but it is necessary. Sharabi dance group what you can do is your something you like what I did in the entire it was to cook and to read.

2)The next one is not in necessary a bad habit but it might not be productive for some was not for me, and I want you to replace it, and its to-do-list. This list is something that I do on a daily basis. But what I am talking about is making just the to do list are making just the daily assignments unnodu big vision for your life of a that week of that month. And why is it a bad idea to do list makes you think about short term loans and regions but what I think is everyone should have long-term vision. 

3)Procrastination : I know you are thinking about things that you are supposed to do, you want to do you know you should do but you. The one thing that you can replace procrastination with is conscious thinking. Like for example when you feel that today I don't want to do something then ask yourself what is the root cause of it, for me it's fear most of the time, what would be the result of this, would I be able to do it or not. So you want you can ask yourself that what is the worst that can happen if you do it. And mentally prepared for the worst use very everything seems easy.

4)Binge Watching : once in a while it is completely fine to go on Netflix and chill Prime video YouTube. Sometimes it is fine but binge watching is harmful for your eyes and your brain as well so one thing that you can replace it with a Binge Reading or maybe exercise.

5)bad habit number 5 that I would like to end this blog with a stop letting your emotions take over you. Now I am a very emotional person, most of the time meaning of my decisions many of my results have been very less because at that point of time I have been very emotional so I have an idea you all have it too. Most of the time we want to do something but then our emotions don't let us do that well I would say just do it that is the only way you can stop this bad habit. Because to be successful in life you have to be practical and emotional. But this doesn't mean that you have become completely heart less.

I hope I have pointed the correct amount of bad habits that we all have. And I hope I have given you some ways to get out of them.
