Positive Affirmation
Affirmations are concise, powerful words about yourself that you think, say or write to reset your brain and ideas. Affirmation usually begins with “I will," “ I can,” or “I am,” rather than "I won't," “I can't” or "I'm not".
These affirmations are the most powerful words in the world and though they are brief, you can be assured that by repeating them regularly, you will restore your power and transform your perception of things, allowing you to manifest the reality you desire. Every morning, strive for a better version of yourself than you were the day before.
Everything is Fine
This is the first powerful affirmation I've chosen since it has the power to change and comfort us no matter what we are going through.
Our mental attitude to this statement of supremacy is always the same: Calm and Secure in our capacity to manage any situation. You must understand that everything is alright in your life, regardless of appearances or what is there in front of your eyes. This sentence informs your subconscious that everything changes and that everything is good and will be.
This statement is not only for you to repeat at a certain time of the day, but for you to make it part of your daily conversation, to say it to everyone, everywhere, and in all situations.
When you begin to adopt it into your life and the lives of people around you, not only everything will be perfect for you, but others will start to think that everything is constantly going well for you increasing your vitality and power.
This too Shall Pass
When you notice conditions that you don't want to live in or that you want to alter quickly, apply this powerful affirmation, “This too, shall pass,”. When we say, our entire system calms down and enters a condition of accepting and understanding, allowing the circumstance to linger for less time and change to happen more swiftly.
All the Doors are Open
Repeat this strong affirmation anytime you can, through the day, at night, anytime you recall it; make it your Mantra; you don't need a specific occasion to say it. Very soon, you will notice that everything begins to work out better than expected, that wonderful opportunities offer themselves in your life, and that everything desire appears.
You don't need to think much about it, just repeat it, feel it, let it become a part of the inner you, and let it settle into your subconscious
The Best is Yet to Come
This is, in my opinion, the most powerful statement in the world, and I chose it because saying it keeps us in a constant state of expectation that good things are on the way, and this attitude of expectation to always receive the good and the better attracts wonderful things into our lives; that is, we remain in a state of receiving and hoping for the best and brightest.
My Possibilities are endless
Our challenges often make it difficult for us to perceive the opportunities that life presents, even when these opportunities are obvious.
Even at our darkest hour, there are possibilities. So, when you have tension, anxiety, or an issue that seems to be dragging your down, remind yourself that your possibilities are limitless, even in the darkest situations.
Being hopeful is one practice that helps us have clarity in the dark when life seems challenging.
In life, opportunities allow you to progress, improve, and live inspired. Set aside 10 minutes each morning or evening to repeat this affirmation to yourself. The best time to do this is when you have a clear mind and some quiet time. I prefer to close my eyes and enter a state of meditation. Some people like to speak their affirmation to themselves in front of a mirror.
Every morning, strive to be a better version of yourself than you were the day before.
