Today  I  am going to tell you about the topic “HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT”

In this topic we talk about the foods are harmful to health, how to loose weight .which type of food we eat for loose weight.

As we know, most of the problems of many people are in losing weight. If we want to lose weight then we have to do daily exercise. And the most important think under this we should drink anytime while saying. If we want to lose fat, we should drink more water, we should drink 10 liters of water during the day from work, this will keep us healthy and avoid many harmful diseases. We should run daily minimum 500 meters. Work for long hours at night. It should not be done, it is harmful for our body. Many people have a habit that they work till late at night and get up late in the morning. Someone has rightly said that early to bed and early to rise, make some healthy way and wise., this rule is followed by many people but everyone should follow this rule. According to me it means that if If we include this thing in the daily routine, then our body fat will not increase and we also remain healthy by getting up early in the morning. We should take a walk in the daily morning, we should not eat non veg. We should use mostly green vegetables and eat boiled vegetables. If we want to stay healthy and lose fat, then we should avoid intoxication. Chew cutter should be eaten, sugar should not be used, instead of this jaggery should be used. High nutrient breakfast gives good calories to our body. 300 to 500 calories should be taken within one to two hours of waking up in the morning. One tablespoon of PB packs about 100 calories. Scale back by mixing an equal amount of PB with cooked carrots or yams in a food processor until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.     comprehensively educating mixed military craftsmen is top notch. Gather in plyometrics and do a few supersets in one unit, keeping your rest periods short to begin with.     These sources contain trans fat, a produced fat that is difficult for your body to break down. There should not be any hurry in eating food, food should be eaten comfortably. Outside food which is very spicy should not be eaten.
