Know The Secret Of Loosing Weight

With the influence of social medias, each and every person wants to be perfect. So, let me tell you how I lost 5 kg in a month  and my opinion about exercise and dieting.

DIETING:

I was a lazy person and never wanted to do workouts or exercise. So, I thought of doing dieting and as I belong to an Indian household it was practically very difficult for me to cut off my meals. And I am not so well off hence I couldn't afford expensive proteins for the replacement of my food. Firstly, I never skipped meals . In the morning I used to drink water ; yes no coffee and no tea. At around 10 am I ate my breakfast which is off course rice but I ate way less than what I ate before ; considerably less amount .And mind you it will be very difficult during the first three days but from the 4th day your appetite will decrease I would say a small bowl of rice till evening . No lunch and no chips or anything during the day. Water was the only source. At night I used to eat 2 chapatis and that's how my day ended. 

To my surprise I lost 4 kg's but the only drawback was I started looking pale and weak. People from my colony used to ask me if I was under medication . My face became so small that I started looking odd and ugly. 

 EXERCISE:

  I was really worried about my health after loosing weight . So I thought of starting with the exercise . And I didn't join any gym , I exercised at my own house. I would like to recommend Chloe Ting if you want to start doing  workouts. I made a mistake by directly starting her workouts but let me tell you this if you first start with the cardio all your fats are gonna burn faster . After doing cardio for a month you can start with the regular workouts.

After I started doing workouts I did loose weight but it was a slow process but I could eat anything. When I say I could eat that doesn't mean to eat like a beggar but eat with limits. Don't skip meals and avoid chips. Not only will you be able to eat but your skin will glow. My skin was back to normal and I don't look anemic now. So, I recommend you guys to start with cardio and eat with limits and have balance . You will bring a drastic change in your life.
