After the end of the battle of Kurukshetra in the Mahabharata, the Pandavas came to Dhritarashtra with Sri Krishna and stood up very politely. Initially Dhritarashtra called Bhima to himself. Shri Krishna saw that Dhritarashtra was in a great rage because of the son's mourning, so instead of sending Bhima near Dhritarashtra, he brought an iron-statue of Bhima to the blind Dhritarashtra.
As soon as old blind Dhritarashtra took the iron-statue of Bhima in his embrace, (he remembered past) this same Bhima has killed many of my sons. As soon as this idea came to mind, Dhritarashtra tightened the statue with a chest. The statue crumbled - crumbled. After this, Dhritarashtra regained consciousness and repented and said, "what I did foolishly in anger?" I killed Bhima. After this, Shri Krishna made him aware of the situation, he was comforted and he pacified his anger and left the Pandavas with blessings. Can we similarly change anger in daily life and turn it into a blessing?
There are many times comes, in our life when we get very angry with someone's behaviour and get filled with hatred and anger towards him. The compulsion is also such that neither we are able to express our anger or hatred nor its reduced. It is even more deadly to keep hate and anger in mind for a long time because these emotions take explosive form inside. When they suddenly explode, the situation is under control. Anyway, negative emotions are detrimental to our physical body because they reduce the body's natural immunity and we easily fall prey to various ailments. Therefore, it is imperative to be thrown out of the hatred and anger from the mind as soon as possible.
If you watch in some films that film actor sometime got anger it can be any reason behind him. What they do to get relax from the anger you will see, the one who suffers, instead of harming another, either harms himself or starts breaking - whatever comes in front of him. He is relieved even in this sabotage. This loss also benefits him because it reduces his anger, his hatred and his grief. If feelings of anger, hatred or violence arise in your mind, do the same. Use a inanimate object instead of a person to refine negative fatal feelings.
If you want to be free from anger and stress, then one way is to try your hand at unfinished work or junk in the house. Sometimes there are some unfinished tasks that we want to tackle or cleanliness. In the state of anger or hatred, we can easily get rid of household garbage like old broken furniture, old clothes, old newspapers, newspapers and magazines and waste books, old bills, receipts and guarantee cards and any documents which are not necessary. Many times we keep collecting old and useless things in the house. When we are in a state of anger or hatred, we become merciless. In such a state, the attachment to useless things is reduced to some extent, which makes it easier to get rid of unhelpful and obstructing things. Emotions such as anger and disgust are also liquid in the process of breaking or tearing away useless things.
