C) We have a lot of online information that we can check, do some research and select the right toothbrush and toothpaste that will help in keeping your teeth healthy.
D) It helps to change your toothbrush regularly, a toothbrush with broken and bent bristles is not going to keep your teeth clean.
The best way to be confident and reward yourself is to brush your teeth the right way and not being afraid to smile because of neglecting to take good care of your teeth.
