However, this method is going to be followed daily, so only take gentle ingredients. Like gram flour or multani mitti etc. 

2. Clean face with toner

Before sleeping at night, it is very important to keep in mind whether your face is completely clean or not. Must apply toner for this. Let us tell you that it has another advantage, it helps in reducing open pores and cleans the remaining area thoroughly. 

To make the skin healthy in old age, do apply toner.

 3. Massage is also important

Nowadays the effect of stress can be seen quickly on the face. 

Tiredness can be easily seen on the face. To get relief from this, it is very important that you massage with a massage roller before sleeping. With this, your skin will not only glow but will also breathe. Massage leads to skin tone, due to which there will be no problem of hanging skin. After applying serum, massage can also be done with hands for some time. This will give you a lot of relaxation.

4. Dark circle spoils beauty

Due to lack of sleep, dark circles or puffiness are always seen. This problem goes on increasing with age. That's why it is very important to keep an eye cream or extra moisturized skin around the eyes before sleeping. 5. Make sure to moisturize the skin

Whether the skin is oily or to avoid normal aging, apply 

moisturizer on the face before sleeping at night.Depending on the season, apply a light or cream-based moisturizer. Do drink water after following the skin care routine. It keeps the skin hydrated and the skin will appear glowing in the morning.
