The largest state of India have a wide range of temples with amazing belief. A temple where rats are treated like deity even if that is not a Ganesha temple. Khatu Shyam, Bikaner
Followed by the religious belief and the holy scriptures of Hindus "Mahabharat", Khatu Shayam is one of the most visited places in Rajasthan. Lots of devotees come to the place for bowing down to Lord Krishna to get the blessing. A story from Mahabharat an ancient Hindu scripture depicts a story of a warrior Barbarik- Grandson of Bheem, one of a brother from Pandava's got a boon from Lord Krishna. Since then people come here to Khatu Shyam so that they could get blessings.
Karni Mata, Bikaner
Amongst one of the famous temples in Rajasthan. Karni Mata temple is situated at Bikaner. Followed by various cultural and mythological stories, this temple is famous for worshipping rats. More than 25 thousand rats are abode inside the temple area. People have faith that these rats are the children of Karni Mata, and feeding them will be equivalent to feeding the deity.
Brahma Temple, Pushkar
Most of the Hindus doesn't know that Brahma is one of the least worshipped deity in the Hinduism. Temples which is solely dedicated to Brahma is almost negligible. Only Pushkar district have a single temple dedicated to him. This temple is located at the bank of Pushkar lake. The premise doesn't have much to add but the uniqueness have it all. No where in the entire world have any temple dedicated to him but this city.
Trinetra Ganesh Temple, Ranthambore
Ranthambore is far more famous the it's National Park. However, this city have another famous spot to offer you. Trinetra Ganesh Temple, which mean Deity Ganesh with it's third eye. A rare depiction of the Ganesh with the third eye because we had never saw lord Ganesh with third eye. However this temple is very popular in the Ranthambore. One must take a look at the idol being placed there.
