Time travel has been one of my favorite fantasy. I always wished that someone may invent a time machine soon and I get to travel back and forth in time. So, meanwhile i decided to cover my syllabus of all the time travel movies very sincerely. And I am going to share 5 best time travel movies with their own genre as well. I promise they won't let you down.

1. Intersteller: 2014 released Intersteller, starring Matthew McConaughey and very beautiful Anne Hathaway is one of the best time travel movie of the decade. It had the IMDb rating of 8.6.The theme  of the movie is not just time travel but also a great space adventure. It is pictured by thinking about the time when earth will no longer be inhabitable for life and a crew is sent into space in search for a suitable planet for human inhabitance. And the journey through the space and time is worth an amazing experience.
2. About Time: 2013 released movie About Time is a beautiful romantic movie starring Domhnall Gleeson and Rachel Mcadams. The story revolves around a guy named Tim (Domhnall) who get to know from his father that all the men in his family have a gift to travel in time. Tim has always been short of romance in his life so he uses his time travelling ability to make his love story a successful one. This movie has the IMDb rating of 7.9.
3. Edge of Tomorrow: How will you react if you get to relive the same day again and again?? Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt starrer movie Edge of Tomorrow has an IMDb rating of 7.9. This movie is an action pack adventure during the time of an alien invasion. Believe me you will fall for Tom Cruise again (for girls only). 
4. X-men Days of Future Past: The series of X-men Universe are favorites of many of us and this part will take you back in old times of X-men universe. In this part Wolverine travels back in time in order to change a very important event so that he can secure the future of all the mutants. The ending will win your heart. This movie has an IMDb rating of 7.9. So, those who haven't finished it yet, do watch it soon and let me know if you liked it.
5. Tenet: It is the recent release on Amazon Prime starring John David Washington and crush of many girls, Robert Pattinson. It has the IMDb rating of 7.4. This movie lets you travel through time but with a different angle of Physics laws. You will be amazed to watch this piece of science fiction.
