INTRO:

You may wonder that what does the lifestyle do with our happiness. One can be happy only if he/she is fulfilled in the life. Everyone wish to  lead a good and a happy life and if a person is healthy only he/she can achieve anything of their wish with their maximum effort. The key is that one needs to be healthy to fulfil the goal and aim. Here I'm not telling about the lifestyle of monetary terms. The lifestyle comprises of day to day habits of each and everyone in their life. Now let us see how changing our lifestyle changes our life in a happy and a healthy manner.

Now a days we people do live a  sedentary and a poor lifestyle which in-turn affects our health and beauty. Yes our outer look is the replication of our inner health. In the following content let us see how and what need to be changed to reach our peak health and beauty…

LIFESTYLE CHANGES YOU HAVE TO ALTER

1.HAVE A PROPER GOOD SLEEP

2.EAT THE CORRECT FOOD AT THE CORRECT TIME 

3.WORKOUT

4.HYDRATING MORE (INTAKE)

5.AVOIDING OR REDUCING THE TRIGGERING FOOD

Thus all those above said points helps a person to lead a healthy life and to attain the maximum beauty with the inner glow…Let us see all the points one by one in detail.!

HAVING A PROPER GOOD SLEEP:

A proper sleep leads to a proper way of living. We tend to use our digital devices till 1:00, 2:00 and then go for a sleep and this habit needed to be changed very strictly and changing this habit may do wonders to your skin and health. A proper should be of at least 7-8 hours accordingly. So this does not mean that going to bed late at night and sleeping for 8 or more hours is a good and proper here the fact is you have to sleep for a quality time of sleep at the right time. Sleeping at the correct time is the key and the correct time is averagely from 10pm-am.At least a person should go for a sleep.

EAT THE CORRECT FOOD AT THE CORRECT TIME:

You should eat clean. The word eating clean does not mean that you should eat everything in your plate without any leftover it means that you should include a lot of veggies in your plate. Eating a lot of vegetables and correct amount of protein that is needed for your body according to your energy level do give a positive result. Eat the correct amount of food at the correct time everyday for the change. “You should at least have 4 hours gap in between your breakfast and lunch  and lunch and your dinner.” “You shave have at least a 12 hours gap between your dinner and your breakfast.” Its better to consume your dinner before 8:00 clock.

WORKOUT:

Working out everyday at least for a 15min helps for a good blood circulation and helps to push the toxins out from the body and to promote good health and enhance your beauty.

HYDRATE MORE:

You should hydrate more that is you have drink a lot of water in order to prevent dehydration and for a good functioning of the body and lastly the best way to enhance your skin glow. At least you should drink 2 litres minimum in a day not only for a day or for a week but continuously  as  a regular habit.

AVOIDING OR REDUCING TRIGGERING FOODS:

As a human each and everyone has a food item which may be cause of triggering acne and few may have allergic reactions to some kind of foods but even though having those reactions of consuming it we tend it control it or cure it temporarily with some medications coz we like it and that's where it is affecting our body and this should be compulsorily avoided or reduced…
