What is life?
A blank page until we paint on it
The different colours of our emotions
But is it?
Each moment is stepping forward
To the door of death
What is this existential experience ?
An utter illusion
That keeps us initiating to react and react
Sometimes with love,sometimes with disdain
How our grand ego curtails our soft gestures
And we indulgence in our deceptive perception
Life is a span of a few hours
Don't waste it with the garbage of the false, petty
Show of self centeredness
You are nothing
You are no one
You have just come to explore
The gift of God
Too transient to persist
Too short to be engulfed
Into the pathos of hollowness
A happy smile, a token of kindness
An approach of care and tenderness
A call from the near ones in time of distress
These ensemble life..
When I see someone lying still on the death bed
Totally unaware of mundane happenings
An awkward truth knocks at the door of my mind
What is life?
Too transient to persist
Too short to be engulfed
Into the fake grandeur of wealth
What will you take with yourself?
Not even your own body!
And your dear ones will mourn
But for a while..
Because life is a fleeting reality
Too dear to be near
Too far to reach
Let your life be more worthwhile
Holding the hands who are
Under abysmal darkness
Assuring that we are a call away
To stand by them
Keeping the name of the deceased
In our prayers
Trying to be in touch with the Supreme
The all pervading power
That may help us to acknowledge our true self
We are here to evidence the soul searching truth
We are here to perform our own duties
Which are entitled on us
And we are here to realise
The abundance given by the Universe .
Come out from your own magnanimity
You are nothing, but a short stay
In this journey..namely Life!
