How I Recovered From Covid 19.

I was tested postive for covid 19 about 15-20 days back, i had small fever, and difficulty in breathing. so i took a rapid antigen test and result came positive.

i visited a nearby doctor, he asked me some questions about my health and how im feeling, i was feeling completly normal just little tiredness and fever.

Doctor prescribed me with paracetamol, vitamin c tablets nd other viral flu tablets, and told me to take rest and have lot of water, and gives me medicines for 3 days.

after 2 days i had a high fever so i visited doc again, he adviced me to take blood and urine test such as CBC, mDimmer, immunology and urine test, my test reports were completly normal, but the virus were spreading in the body, doc changed the medicines to other lever this time with paracetamol he gives dolo, azee 500, pacemol 650 likes these tables along with many other tablets and cough syrup, this stage the cough had started.

after 2-3 days i feel deficulty in breathing , the cough was very high nd the fever was also high , and it was coming every 4-5 hrs.

doc told me to do ct scan of chest as hrct chest and gives me medicines like fabi flu, fabi piravir, flu cover, flu gaurd etc etc amd told me to take steam 4-5 times a day, 

it will help in breathing, also drink hot water and. stay away from cold drinks and water, etc lot of vitamin c and drink lot of water, aslo advice me to sleep on my stomach it helps in breathing,

by doing these after 2-3 days i fell completly relaxed and normal, these things helps me a lot. aslo do some yoga it will help to boost your immunity.

if you have covid 19 just consult with doc first, and take necessary steps, doc will give you a great advice. follow all the steps advices gives by your doctor and you will definately recover from covid . Yoga can help a lot during this covid 19. it will boost your immunity and also help you to fight mentally this virus, as this virus will make you mentally wea. also follow all the guidelines give n by doctor and government so that this virus can not spread through the family and harm your dear and near ones. also do pranayam and kapalbharti regularly to keep your immunity boosted. all the information given above is based on my personal experiance, please consult with your doctor
