Hello friends, A very warm welcome  to my another interesting and informative blog of mine this is going to 4th blog in “We Indians are born foodies series” so lets go on a small food journey with me I hope you enjoy this journey 

 1 Butter Chicken (Chandigarh) I am going to start my food journey with butter chicken of the city beautiful Chandigarh . The capital city of Punjab and Haryana have huge variety of food where you find a huge variety of chicken , fishes etc, accept this the sector 8 market is the best place to experience a large variety of food such tandoori, tikkas and Chinese food. There are also some bakeries which have some amazing variety of Cakes, Pastries and Doughnuts.

2 Litti Chokha (Patna)   After having butter chicken in the city beautiful it’s time to have a Litti Chokha in the capital city of Bihar. A food trip of Patna is incomplete without having Litti Chokha on local stalls. Accept Litti Chokha the Patna city have another mouth watering taste such as Aloo Kachalu. Ghughani Choora  and lot more accept this desi Chinese stalls of Mourya Lok is known for proving best Chinese food in the city 

3 Petha (Agra) The Indian food is incomplete without desert so we have famous Petha from beautiful city of Agra but the taste of this is not only limited to Petha items like Jalebi Ras Malai and this city have a great taste for non vegetarian also with items like chicken curry, Biryani and Kababs after having so much it is must have some snacks such as Chaat , Samosa and Pakoda 

4 Idle Wada (Kochi) From U,P we are going to enter the state of Kerela where hot idle Wada are waiting it is the only place in country where you find the unforgettable experience of eating on banana leaf there are number of budget friendly hotels in Kochi where you can enjoy tuna paper with appam accept all of there is a large variety of home cakes and pies 

5 Dal Baati (PUSHKAR) I am ending my food journey with Dal Baati in holy city of Pushkar the taste of authentic Rajasthan can be seen at every corner of Pushkar basically Dal Baati is a combination of tangy gravy made of buttermilk with Roti accept this you can’t miss the traditional Gatte ki Sabzi which is known as the one of the finest dish of Rajasthani cusine
