We Indians Are Born Foodies - Part 3

 Hello friends, Today I am going to write my third blog in  my we Indians are born foodies series 

1 Kheer Dal Source (Assam) I am going to start my food journey from Kheer Dal Source from the state on Assam that is made from raw papaya, Vegetables, Pulses.  Kheer is basically a kind of alkaline extract from the ashes burn dried banana dried peels and filtered with water. The Khar residue is make to make different types recipe such as fish curry, chicken curry and papaya curry 

2 Chilla Source (Chhattisgarh) From Assam it’s time to have chilla source from the state of Chhattisgarh it is a combination of both north and south states of India it is a combination of wheat jewar and maize it will also sound you to interesting that  Chhattisgarh is a state where rice are eaten in abundance so Chhattisgarh is regarded as rice bowl of India 

3 Putto and Kedela Curry Source (Kerela)  Next we are going to talk about Putto and Kedela curry source from the state of Kerela it one of the most popular breakfast of this state as we all know Kerela is known as Land of Spices following that tradition it include spices such as coconut, Kusturd seeds and turmeric  are frequently used in the cusine of Kerela the other dish that deserve special mention here is Sadya that serve during feast and it’s served on a banana leaf

4 Daal Baati Churma (Rajasthan) -  After Kerela Curry source it’s time to have Daal Baati Churma from state of Rajasthan the scarcity of water and fresh green leafy vegetables have a deep affect on Rajasthani culture the another highlight of Rajasthani food it can be consumed for several days without heating, Dal Baati Churma is famous all over India and crunchy batis dipped with ghee along with spicy dal and churma 

5 Kaakori Kabaabs(Uttar Pradesh) I would like to end my blog with Kaakori Kabaabs from Uttar Pradesh this dish have a deep influence of Mughals it served with things such as Tandoori Roti and Kulcha, Taffan , Sheermal, Rumali Roti and lacha Pratha and the list is not end yet if we are talking about the tase of Uttar Pradesh one can’t miss Arhar Ki Dal , Bhindi Salan and Aloo Rassedar all these taste of UP is just mouth Watering these are all from me in this blog
