Hello friends, welcome back to another blog of mine today I am going to talk about one of the biggest features of our culture Food that make a culture different from another in this blog I am going to talk about some of these special dishes

CHOLE BHATURE (DELHI)- Delhi is not only the capital of India it is also the capital of food for food lovers chole bhature is one of the famous dishes of our capital places like Sadar Bazar and Chandni Chawk is the most famous places to have Chole Bhature accept chole bhature you can't miss dishes like Moth Kachchri and Keser Lassi

Rosshugullas (Kolkata)  From Delhi now we are going to the capital of Bangal where mouthwatering Rosshugullas are waiting for you it will interest you that the famous rosshugulla from west Bangal was originated in the 12th century in Odisha 

Momos (Dharamshala) Next I am going to tell about hot momos from cool place Dharamshala. well Dharamshala is hugely inspired by Tibetan culture items like Momos, Thupkas are the highlight of this place another highlight this place dishes such as thupkas and shabby here you find a great variety of food for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians

Jalebi (Amritsar) After having spicy momos from Dharamshala it's time to have some sweet so it's Jalebi from the golden city Amritsar. These delicious jalebis are prepared in Desi Ghee . This Jalebi is a must-have item for every visitor and doesn't afford to miss Guru Da Langar at Golden Temple. This sweet Jalebi from Amritsar is one of the biggest reasons for the sweetness of Punjabis eat sweet speak sweet

VADA PAV (Mumbai)  After having sweet we are going to have a spicy Vada Pav from the city of dreams Mumbai this is a snack that Mumbaikar loves to have this vada pav is a lifeline for every local. it is believed that the era of the 60s is credited for the origin of this popular snack

Mutton Rogan Josh (Jammu & Kashmir) If you are fond of Non-Veg food you will love this dish, Mutton Rogan Josh from the state Jammu & Kashmir it is believed that Kashmiris add their love instead of spices in this dish accept this Kashmiri Dum Aloo and Yakhini are some great dishes of Kashmiri cuisine

There is a saying that the way to human' s goes through the stomach whoever said this is a fact
