Hey friends, welcome back to another blog of mine it’s being a very sad news that legendry music composer and singer Bappi Lehri better known as Bappi Da passed away yesterday at the age of 69 he is better known as symbolizing the disco music in Indian cinema he also credited for the fusion of Indian music with international sounds. He gained a huge popularity in the era of 70she continue to show the magic of 80s and early 90s with superhit music in films like Sharaabi , Masterji, Namak Halaal and Himmatwala if we talk about his early life he came to Mumbai at the age of 19 and got his first break in a Bengali movie called Daadu in 1974 but he made his Bollywood debut a year before in 1973 with the movie Nanha Shikari which was sung by legendry singer Mukesh but the turning of his career when he debut as a singer in the movie Zakhmi in this movie he also composed a duet with Mukesh and Kishore Kumar in the same movie the other songs were sung by legendry singers like Kishore Kumar and Mohammad Rafi. He sung one of the best songs of his career with Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle accept the he also hold the world record of composing 180 songs in 33 films in the year 1986 he composed a number of songs starring Jeetendra and Rajesh Khanna accept this he gave a dozen super hit movies with Jeetendra accept all of these he also tried hand in dubbing he dubbed for character of Tomatoa in Hindi Dubbed version Moena and he one more movie named Kingsman in the year 2017 he also worked as a Judge TV singing show name Sa Re Ge Ma Pa on Zee TV with music composer like Himesh Reshammiya, Ismail Darbar and Vishal- Shekhar Bappi da also worked with a modern generation composers like A R Rehman and Ismail Darbar . He also worked with talented singers like Alka Yagnik, Sonu Nigam and Abhijeet this show that his worked with all generations of music if we about his personal life not many people know that his wife name Chitrani and he is a proud father of two children one girl and one boy name Reema and Bappa Lehri who is also a music director like his father so this blog is a small tribute to legend of music industry Bappi Lehri who is no longer with us today we all will miss him
