Hello friends. Welcome to a new blog of mine as we all know meditation is very good for our body but the blog is going to be based on 8 types of meditation 

Focused Attention – This is the first type of meditation that is very straightforward as it uses our breath to focus attention, anchor the mind, and maintains awareness one will notice a magical; change at the levels of physical as well as mental health 

Body Scan- in this type our mind and body do two separate activities the technique basically proves very helpful to perform a kind of mantel scan just like a photocopier is moving out of the body 

Noting Basically Noting is something that distracts a person’s meditation this could be a thought or even an emotion when we lost our awareness that is a time when a thought or feeling allows a person to restore his/her awareness, creates a bit of space as a way of letting go

Visualization  Such type of meditation let one create a picture of something in the mind  while focusing on something this is a fine way of visualizing something just like remembering an old incident from the past life 

Loving Kindness Focusing on the image of  some people doesn’t matter whether we like them or not we can feel a positive energy that they carry which helps us to be happy in our lives and help us to be positive toward life

Skillful Comparison The technique is just a similar to loving-kindness involves focused a person you know and love and paying to sensations coming out of the heart by just opening our heart and mind for the benefit of others we can fill our lives with all happiness and joy of the world 

Resting Awareness According to this technique is very important it is even more than things like breathing or visualization the technique put the mind fully on rest your thoughts take a person into a world of imagination that has to do nothing with reality.

Reflection The last type of meditation is reflection which allows you to question yourself  like what are you most grateful for sometimes such questions may discourage our intellectual mind is trying to answer and the important thing feeling is more important than thoughts while the answer the question
