Justice - Not For Everyone

here is an English politician and former Prime Minister William Edward Gladstone quoted the  Justice is delayed justice is danaid. This phrase Implies that justice is not carried out right away timely then if it is carried out later it is not really justice because there was a period of time when there was a lack of justice. I lack people losing faith in the judiciary it is mainly because is long delays in all points at all points reluctance of all judges to give judgements and inventible adjournments This is why people are approaching mafia which believe in out summary justice. But it is easy to understand without classification to actually mean by the delay in justice in between seeking justice and deliverance justice there are a lot of prerequisites and rules and formalities of rules and regulations prescribe procedures governing the proceedings of the court time consuming but unavoidable for the purpose. Indian judiciary is the last hope for citizens of India unfortunately the judiciary system in India is based on evidence on evidence and facts, not on morals than it should be easier, once having the facts having at hand. All we need is an argument hearing and a quicker pronouncement of justice. A judicial system that cares only about evidence and fact shouldn’t be about taming the soul of the plaintiff and the defendant with rather give justice it is delayed injustice leads to increase in out of courts settlements which are a quicker and cheaper option for a common man. The preamble of the Indian Constitution declares that we are the people of India solemnly constitution of India to constitute India into a sovereign, democratic, republic and to secure all its citizens – justice, social, economic and political but in the last sixty years after Independence we have endless laws and not enough justice. The founding father of our constitution placed justice at the highest position and preamble of our constitution then other features such as liberty, equality if we talk about the period after Independence our Government has implemented a number of laws but due to loopholes in the judiciary system. According to a report we have almost 3 crore cases in our country and for the hearing of these 3 crore cases, we have around 30000 judges that mean only 1 judge for 1 Lakh I don’t know how a common man can get justice in these kinds of situation.
