Pani Puri-If we are talking about street food or fast food it will be unfair to talk about Pani Puri or Golgappa which is loved by every Indian and believed to be originated in the state of Bihar it is basically a kind of deep-fried ball made with suji or wheat filled with spicy or sweet water and potato and chana it is fast food that is loved by every Indian
Momos The next item on our list is Momos which is basically a traditional Tibetian fast but due to its mouth-watering taste it is loved by every Indian it a basically a kind of steam ball filled with vegetables and eaten with a spicy source made of chilies and green source and it prepared with a different kind of fillings such as Cauliflower, Paneer, etc.
Bhalla Papadi After having in the northeast it is time to have some chat pati Bhalla Papadi as the name tells this is a combination of Bhalla and Papadi combined with dahi, and chutney. Combined with other spices and salt. Red Chilly powder and with all of that some boiled potatoes to add a bite places like Delhi are particularly famous for its chaat
JHAL MURI The next fast food is Jhal Muri or better known as Bhel Puri in other parts of the country the word Jhal means spicy and puri means puffed to make this puffed rice is combined with ingredients with source, onion, tomatoes and chilly which can be added according to the taste and a dash of lemon juice work as an icing on the cake as a snack it full of taste that has its own place in everyone’s heart
Bhutta The last one is Bhutta it is a street food that needs no introduction for this the row cons are roasted until they developed a kind of tandoori flavor on it and roasting spices like salt, red chili powder, or chaat masala are sprinkled on it loved by every age group, especially during the rainy or winter season the snack has gained huge popularity in places like Mumbai and many other parts of the country
