Domestic Violence is one of the most common and oldest problem of our society In which one of the Partners of a couple  abuse physically or mentally this kind of abuse creates a very negative impact on one’s mind, one of the main reasons of domestic violence in society is that even it the 21st century where we have updated ourselves in every aspect such as living such a luxurious lifestyle , Expensive Cars, Gadgets, Wearing Branded Clothes we updated ourselves in every aspect of life accept our thinking, thought and ideas, But I could not understand why we aren’t able to give that respect to that she deserves ? well one of the reasons is that a large number of population in our country lives in rural areas where woman do get properly educates in compassion of a male because she remains unaware of her rights because of this in a number of cases they could get justice if in some cases a woman tries to take a step against the injustice happen but she couldn’t able to sometimes due to family pressure or sometimes due to loopholes in our legal system , well domestic violence is not limited to villages or rural areas even in metropolitan cities where women are educated, Independent also become of domestic violence ,This only the one aspect now we come to other aspect the which is of a male in recent times there were a number of case recorded in which a man is tortured by a woman you can called it a new form of domestic violence in which a women uses abusing language against her husband or his family and putting fake allegations such as dowry, Physical violence with her man and lodging fake complaints to police due to which his family suffered a lot and a number of times seen that the husband and his family have to go behind the bars for some days ,weak or may be for months at the end man have to pay compensation to his wife this could be a monthly amount or one time settlement but unfortunately till now there in our judiciary under a which a husband can lodged a complaint against his wife at the I would end this article by saying this if a man hit slap to then we say what a cruel man he is if woman hit a man then we say the man must did something wrong with her so we should not have such a one dimensional thinking
