I'm back with an interesting and heartwarming blog.
Everyday at evening me and my parents sit together for a tea break. That's how we spend a quality time inspite of having hectic schedules. We snack and talk .
As usual we sat down together today and my dad was talking about a video which he saw on YouTube .He is a great narrator and his narrative skills always scores!
So the YouTube video which he saw today was about two brothers. Each had a small cute family and they have been leading different lives and settled apart.The older brother and his family had been staying in a rented apartment for 15 years. They always wanted an own house and they worked 24x7 to achieve their goal. Finally after years they've managed to save 8lakhs for a new house. They were all planned and excited.
But in no time all the happiness shattered into pieces. The older brother got a call from the city hospital saying his little brother is admitted and is in a serious condition.
The older brother headed to the hospital shivering.
Seeing his brother in icu, paralyzed his thoughts. The younger one needed a surgery as soon as possible.
And to their shock , the surgery cost 7 lakhs.
The older brother returned home with a heavy heart. He fell on his knees with tear filled eyes. Seeing her husband on floor crying like a kid, the wife came to console. He explained her everything. Without a single thought she brought him the money they've been saving for their dream house.
The older one took the money to the hospital. The surgery was a success and after two weeks the younger one was brought home. The older brother went to visit his sibling the next day. On entering his brother's home what he saw was heart warming. He saw his brother laughing with his children. The sight melted the older one's heart.
A house was the older one's dream but his sibling was his happiness.
The character which I loved the most in this story was the elder brother's wife, she could have consoled him only by words but she chose action to console him. And the generous behavior she showed reminded me that humanity still exists.
