There was a boy named Sagar, born into a poor family. Sagar had three more siblings- an elder sister then two younger brothers. His parents managed to send him to school and being an intelligent one he topped his classes every year but when he was in class 4th his parents had no money to continue his studies. He made him drop out of school that year. Sagar's teacher had seen the potential in him so he offered to teach Sagar on his own expense, he just told his parents that they will have to manage clothes for him. Being very poor they had no money to even eat food daily, managing clothes for him was difficult. They chose to send their son to work. Sagar being a kid had no choice but somewhere he was hurt and angry with his parents. At that raw age he was aware that only education can transform his life. Still he chose to abide by his parent's decision. One day while playing with his friends their ball got lost. Everybody blamed him for the loss and asked him to bring money for it. He went home crying to get money but was aware that they had none. He searched places if only he could find a coin and finally he found one in his father's pocket. He stole that. When his father realized that a coin was missing he started questioning his kids and when he got no answers he thrashed them all. He held Sagar's ear tightly and told him that he knows Sagar has taken his money and he has to give it back to him anyhow. Days passed and the desire of making big in life kept burning in his heart. One day as he was sleeping he had a nightmare, he woke up terrified and then for the next few days he kept on pondering. He would sit the whole night and along with him his mother would sit. No conversations, no nothing but she would just sit with him.
One morning he packed his bags and told his mother that he is leaving the village and moving to the city. His youngest brother joined him. They took flour, rice, pulses and spices from home and started walking. The day set and they felt hungry, they sat on the side of road, lit bonfire there and cooked their meal. On reaching the city Sagar looked for some work, he just wanted his brothers to study as his elder sister was married off at a very young age. He found some work on a construction site as a laborer and decided to do it. He worked very hard saved every penny. He would sleep at night without food but would save his money. As he was intelligent enough he even learnt the work by just observing the contractor. He was good at his work so his contractor also trusted him. He would give him big works to do. After 2 3 years Sagar had saved enough and his actual wealth was his intelligence and his experience. His younger brothers were studying well now all because of him. So one time he decided to visit his parents in the village. When he reached there all his village people were surprised. He was well dressed, had money, looked handsome. He met his parents sat with them and the first thing he did was gave a rupee coin to his father. He had never forgotten that incident. He said see I brought back your coin take it. His father was embarrassed. He gave his parents some good amount of money and decided to return back. His parents saw that their boy had done well in life so it was time to get him married. They found a 12 year old girl for their 24 years old boy. Told him to visit the village next on a certain date and on that day they will get him married and he can take his wife with him back to the city. Success had planted the seed of ego and arrogance in Sagar's heart. He had achieved what nobody from his village had ever done.
