My regular ghum power are off half the table due to covid 19 precautions.but I still have my yoga mat and my breathe and made it work. Meditation had significantly improved my life. Once I realised that you don't have to sit on cross legged with your eye closed and woke up to what meditation actually can be. I have found it be a great way to step away from the choas of my life and to check in with my bad side . The best part in meditation is that you have all of the tools to get started already within you.you can do it anywhere you like and it free to do.
5. Needle works.
Question: what is a hobby to get me away from my screen and keep my hands busy?

7. Paint
You don't have to be a artist to pick a paint brush and get busy. If you want to go freehand. A painting kit has everything that you started. You did like to paint anything anywhere. Put some of your favorite tunes, pick the a glass of wine and get artsy.
