What's in our control the process that as a leader you can go out and show action right because leadership is something which is not shown but it has been seen.There are many things that you can improve and make yourself the best. Let's give a glance at it!

• Before you start telling somebody about your product make sure that you have studied it well.People are gonna see that how much knowledge do you have about your own product.
• In marketing we all have to go on field right? Why going on field? As a leader you are been training a trainee, you have to show him or her how the system works.
• Know where you are working. Which campaign to do B to B or B to C. Always break down your time period you understand.
• 1 hour should contain 5 presentations in short work on law of average.
• Always have a lot of sense of urgency. Our job is not to embrace the negative but it's to surpass the negative!
• Follow these 6 W's- Start working, Stop worrying, Some will, Some won't, So what, Some on is waiting(this will give you a lot of sense of urgency)
• Always learn buying signs & follow pitch versus ditch.
• Understand whom to pitch, whom to ditch. See person's body language, person's reaction, facial expressions like when you are smiling are they smiling back. Reaction while showing or keeping the brochure.
• Practice at least 30 presentations a day so that when you fill form it is quick.
• Always work the entire day even you get rehash in first half of the day still work with same energy in second half.
• Always follow fresh law of average. Never show wrong practices. If you will go into a callback or a pickup and when you started a day you just don't buy to impress the owners that you're the first hitter to score some numbers always start with fresh  law of average when you are teaching to people.
• Build relationship make them special and comfortable.
• Always take control on merchandise. Folder should be neat and clean.Use good folder!
• Smell good, dress well!
• Use the events to the fullest in your pitch.As India is a country where every month has an event.
