Story - 1:

It was a dark, rainy night. The kind of night that made people feel scared and alone. People huddled inside their homes, afraid to venture out into the darkness. 

But there was one group of people who didn't mind the darkness. They were the ones who caused the darkness. They were the shadows that haunted people's nightmares. On this particular night, the shadows were feeling particularly restless. They had been haunting the same people for weeks now and were starting to get bored.

 So they decided to change things up a bit. Instead of just haunting people's nightmares, they decided to haunt their waking hours as well. They started by appearing in people's peripheral vision. Just a glimpse of them out of the corner of their eye. People would turn to look, but the shadows would be gone. 

Then they started appearing in windows. People would see them peering in at them, their eyes glowing in the darkness. Finally, they started appearing right in front of people. Standing in their way, blocking their path. People would try to go around them, but the shadows would move with them. 

The shadows were having a great time terrorizing the people. They loved the looks of fear on their faces. But there was one group of people that the shadows didn't bother. They were the children. The shadows knew that the children were innocent and didn't deserve to be scared. 

So they left the children alone. But the children weren't alone. There was something else in the darkness with them. Something that was watching them. Something that was waiting for its chance to strike. 

The next time the shadows appeared, they found themselves face to face with the thing that was stalking the children. The thing that was even more terrifying than they were. The thing that was the stuff of nightmares. And then the screaming started. 

Story - 2:

Red eyes, a scary smile, and a haunting laugh. These are the things that the new married couple sees when they are awoken in the middle of the night by the ghost of a young girl. The girl, who is the ghost of a previous guest of the hotel, haunt the couple and terrorizes them throughout the night. 

The couple tries their best to ignore the ghost, but she is relentless in her attempts to scare them. She appears in different parts of the room, making creepy faces and laughing hysterically. 

The couple eventually falls asleep out of sheer exhaustion, but they are awakened again by the ghost girl, who is now standing at the foot of the bed, staring at them with her red eyes.

 The couple decides to leave the hotel and never come back, and they never speak of the experience to anyone.
