Menstrual cycle is the exact thing we are going to discuss about but it is known in most names like period, days and many other. Menstrual cycle is a biological changes that take place in the female uterus. The menstrual cycle take place because every month alternately an egg which is known as ovum is released out and place in uterus for the development but if that egg got unfertilized so the endometrium layer breaks out and come out through the body in the form of blood and mucus. She has to suffer more only for this reason because she is having period. But the main reason for doing this is that at ancient time womens are not taught well she don't know about proper sanitization , she don't even take bath for days and wear the same clothes every day that make her ugly and ill. At ancient time women use clothes with didn't provide a proper absorption of leakage too that causes many diseases. But at present tine every women is aware of this and she knows how to manage such minor problems very politely. Nowadays everyone has the knowledge of proper sanitization and health. Every single women is aware of sanitary pads which are very efficient for periods. Sanitary pads provide a proper sanitization and are biodegradable in nature. 

Its a new time we should not be feel shy of having a period because every single women has to go through from this and every male if he is a boy, father they also see such things at their homes so it is common we should be fearless towards this and should take a step towards this. We should take care of proper sanitization and follow the health instructions and if having the problem related to this so we should concern our mother and certified doctor for the cure.
