Tips To Make Your Day Productive.

Hey guys, welcome to my next blog, which is about your day productivity. 

so this pandemic makes everybody lazy, here i am gonna help you to make your days productive. some people are not a morning person as i was also not a morning person but i followed some tips and these tips really help me to be a good and a productive person hope so this will help you too. 

*Bed earlier: try to get enough sleep , more sleep that you can wake up refreshed and clear.  okay so now the problem comes how you can wake up earlier?  the first thing is make a scenario in your mind the things you have to do tomorrow  so this will make a little curiosity that yaa i have to wake up earlier and i have to finish all those things. and second option would be try to read some books like comics, love stroies and whatever you like to read this will help you to sleep. rather using phone at  night make your habit to read books before you sleep. 

*avoid snooze button : yah set your morning alarm but do not keep them on snoozing. pro tip: whenever you sleep place your phone other side of the room so that you have to get up to turn it off.  

*third step is to make a to-do list and write their all your work , and trust me it is a great way to manage your whole day . write down your all task on your to-do and before sleeping check your to-do. 

*workout : when you wake up stretch your body and it feel great as you star your day. whatever you like running, walking, yoga, skipping and etc.. but do stretch your body for 15-20 minutes. 

*eat breakfast :after all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. your body will turn that meal into energy that will keep you going strong as your day progresses. overall it's a great way to set yourself up for a productive day. some people avoid their breakfast. why so? they claim as breakfast does not work for them but i always found it to be useful because while starting your day you need energy and when you don't feel energetic obsessively your day can't be productive .

so yah these tips i followed and this makes a morning person . please try these tips for a week and let me know in the comment that this was helpful for you ?
