One of the best habits that I have learned this year is going for a walk everyday. The simplest exercise is walking, it does not require any equipment , and the cost to benefit ratio is just too much . Just 20 minutes of walking daily can work wonders for you. Walking helps you to turn off your bad mood. Walking is free, easy and also doable for almost everybody. so lets see why it is a boon for people.
