In this blog you will get to know how to stay fit by following few fitness tips on a daily basis.
Any type of regular physical activity can improve your fitness and health. The most important thing is to keep going!
Exercise should be part of your day just like other things , e.g. B. Brushing your teeth, eating and sleeping. It can be in a sports class, join a sports team, or train alone. Keep the following tips in mind:
Stay positive and have fun. Good mental vision is important. Find an activity that you enjoy. If you pick something you like, you're more likely to follow it. Many people like to exercise with someone else. So find out if you can find a friend or family member to be active with you.
Take one step at a time. Small changes can contribute to better physical shape. For example, walking or cycling to school or a friend's house instead of riding a bike. Hop on or off the bus several blocks and walk the rest of the way. Instead of taking the elevator or escalator, take the stairs.
Make your heart beat faster Whatever you choose, make sure they are aerobic activities that make you breathe harder and increase your heart rate. This is the best type of exercise as it increases your fitness and improves the functioning of your heart and lungs. It also causes the burning of body fat. Examples of aerobic activities are basketball, running, or swimming.
Make sure to do light exercise or warm up with a gentle stretch before doing any physical activity. It warms the muscles and can protect them from injury. Stretching makes your muscles and joints more flexible. Stretching is also important after a workout to keep the muscles cool.
Your goal should be to do some type of exercise every day. It is best to do an aerobic activity without stopping for at least 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Get active as often as possible, but don't exercise until you are in pain.
. A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
In addition to exercise, you can stay healthy by making other life changes, such as:
Watch less TV or spend less time playing video or computer games. (Use this time to exercise!) Or exercise while watching TV (e.g., sit on the floor doing sit-ups and stretches; use arm weights or a stationary bike, treadmill, or ladder. Use the stepper).
Eat 3 healthy meals a day, including at least 4 servings of fruit, 5 servings of vegetables, and 4 servings of dairy products.
Make sure you drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after your workout (water is best, but flavored sports drinks can be used if they don't have too much sugar). This will help replace what you lost while sweating.
Stop drinking regular soda or less.
Eat less junk food and fast food. (They're often full of fat, cholesterol, salt, and sugar.)
Get 7-8 or 8-9 hours of sleep every night.
Do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs.
