During the time of corona virus pandemic , India was under strict lockdown so everyone was supposed to stay at their home and no one was allowed to go out unnecessarily . It was in this time that I discovered my best hobby which was cooking . Since I had no other work to do as my iit jee preparation was also kept aside due to the pandemic . So I started to make some of the dishes that I loved the most . First of all I learnt how to make fried rice from youtube .It was a very different experience for me since I had never Cooked anything before in 18 years . Fried rice was quite well since it was my first time 😃. Everyone enjoyed the fried rice . After some days I came across the watermelon halwa that was even easier to cook while compared to its name . To my surprise it was very tasty 😌 and didn't look as if I was making any halwa for the first time . Then again some other day I found noodles to be very interesting to cook so I rushed to the market and purchased the required items like noodles(obviously) and some ajinomoto for extra taste . It was the first time ever I was dealing with any Chinese dish but again it turned out to be very tasty and everyone in family had a smile on their face in the sad time of pandemic and the loss that my father had to bear in his business due to the corona virus. Again after some days the cook inside  me came to life and I wawa very excited to make the best dish of my life that was Manchurian .It was a very difficult task for me to cook Manchurian since it required me to toil myself in the summer season . It was this time in my life that I discovered that I could even cook well so it gave me an idea of opening a hotel of mine which I would do for sure in  future with all your support and help . All of this continued for 2 to 3 months but the biggest problem in all of this was that I gained almost 10 kgs of weight during this time . So I grew from a brinjal to a watermelon :)) . But now again lockdown seems to be very near here in India so I hope that I again continue with my cooking hobby but this time along with it I will also look upon the internet for some intense workout that I can do at home easily and continue to loose weight . Although I am in college now and I don't know how I could sail through the iit exam and get admission into an IIT because I was just an above average student ,but it's a story for another day and I hope that I will be sharing it very soon with all you guys so that it can motivate my young mates to achieve their dream in a simple and planned manner .

Beautiful description of your life story. Fried rice for the first time :) That's good! Cooking is a basic skill nowadays irrespective of gender! and all the best for your exams.
