How To be happy?

It's not hard to be happy but sometimes we lack. Do you know how 🤔? Maybe a lot of work pressure, dissatisfaction, stress, anxiety. These are common things and part of our daily life. We always have to go through with this but at the end of the, we need to be happy. 

When we go to our office or workplace we go with energy and when back to 🏡  we lost our smile. 

Let's try to be happy with simple tips:-

#do exercise:- 

Physical workout is very important nowadays. Which lower your stress level and improve your fitness. you can add jogging, running, any sports games to your exercises.

#eat healthy food:- 

Always try to follow a healthy diet. which gives you energy and keep you healthy. Health is wealth that's true it's necessary to eat healthy and fresh food. You can add fresh vegetables, fruits, milk, honey to your diet. 

#always start your day with a smile and positive vibes:-When you wake up try to be in a fresh mood and smile. Which would help you to have good vibes. 

#don't compare yourself:- never compare yourself with others. That habit will give you dissatisfaction. If you want to be happy just try to improve yourself and don't compare with anyone.

#music:- Music is therapy. Which heals you and can make your mood fresh and happy. Listen to music that gives you good vibes.

#smile:- 😊A little smile can make your day. Always have a smile on your lips. Which is good for everyone.

#spent time with nature and animals:- if you have a pet that's lay with your pet that distress your mood. And spend time with nature which is necessary. 

#positive thinking:- your thinking process is main how you feel about yourself and others that relate to your mood. That's important to be positive. Always reminds yourself to be positive.

These are the simple things that would help anyone to be happy and live happily. Always remind yourself to be happy. In this busy lifestyle, we often forget to be happy by heart. By reminding yourself you'll be able to be happy naturally. It's not big thing to do or hard it's simple thing but we forget this simple thing. Just smile and spread happiness with others.
