I think women are very powerful and I think we're more powerful together than separated.” -Zendaya Coleman
In addition to her five siblings (Julien Stoermer Coleman, Kaylee Stoermer, Annabella Stoermer, Austin Stoermer, and Katianna Stoermer), her mother (Clarie Stoermer), and father (Kazembe Ajamu Coleman), Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman spent the majority of her childhood in Oakland, California. She went to Fruitvale Elementary School, where her mother spent 20 years working. In a performance for the school's black history month when she was six years old, Zendaya and her classmates played in California's "California Shakespeare Theatre," where she began to take acting and performing seriously. After spending two years at the Academy of Hip-Hop Arts and Sciences and three years with the hip-hop dance company Future Shock Oakland, Zendaya was eight years old.
While doing research on Zendaya, I discovered a lot of fresh facts about her, and truthfully, I found no information that disappointed me. She inspires me and sounds like a beautiful young woman. How do you get the drive to live the life you do, I would ask Zendaya if I could meet her. Did you ever imagine achieving the level of success you have today? And if you had the choice, would you choose a normal life over fame? Surprisingly, I would not want to be her child, and my reasons are that because she is famous, she might not have the time to raise me well and do a lot of things with me. Despite how great she is, having a famous parent means
“I just see me, an ordinary girl. I know my life is not typical, but I have tried to stay really grounded and true to myself. My family really helps me with that.” – Zendaya .I'm glad I went with Zendaya since she's a wonderful person and a fantastic role model for those who want to act. Even after all the reading and study, Zendaya continues to inspire me. She is a courageous and caring person who doesn't back down from a struggle, and she still serves as a significant role model in my life.
Zendaya's quote which inspired me:
1. “I want to show that you don’t have to be older to live your dreams; you can do it at any age” – Zendaya
3. “My generation has the opportunity to change the world.” – Zendaya
