The much hyped film is released this week end. A new combo of talents came together in a big screen and that is “Viduthalai Part-1” for you.

The film is set in the middle of 1980s with the protagonist making voice over in some places of the movie. 

The first scene of the movie is showing a major train accident done by the local rebel called “Makkal Padai”. So the core idea of the movie is about to catch the local rebel, ghost calling him as “Vathiyar”. Finally who is catching him after all the struggles was the surprisingly our new recruit pc “Kumaresan”.

As the hero of our film is a new Recruit PC for the operation Ghost hunt. He is going to the camp to report as a driver for that location. The Location is very difficult as it is tough terrain to reach the top of the mountain. The music is really elevated the film in most of the places. And that is Ilayaraja is making his presence through his background score and his own song.

From the first till the last frame of the movie Kumaresan is struggling for his good nature in that police camp as all of them were not. The OC named Ragavendhran is the incharge for that camp. His actions were not impressed by the police superior officers so they are appointing Sunil Menon as in charge for the operation. In the mean while for his good nature he got a girl friend in that remote village and that is “Thamilarasi”. 

So what are all the struggles faced by the Hero, Heroine, the People of the village especially the Ladies and How they catched the unknown identity or Rebel Vathiyar  is the story and the rest of the movie.

Our new hero Soori performed well in this movie by giving his blood and sweat. Although coming few portions Vijay Sethupathys character is stunning. Most of the technical teams effort make this film to watch again. And Vetrimaran, he proved another time by his witty screenplay, direction. But the only thing is the violence against women in this film is untolerable. They should avoid this nude scenes in the film. Except that it is a good movie but no need to over hype like Asuran. It is simple and good movie and they gave a lead to the second part. Wait for it!!
