Yeah , PCOS is a common syndrome among many girls, now a days many are facing this issue and they are spending a lot and taking a lot of medicines to solve the issue. In this blog I will share everything I know about this issue, causes and remedies that works well.
PCOS is polycystic ovary syndrome which is an issue with irregular menstrual cycle.That is irregular periods or no periods at all. When there is irregular periods, they face many health issues like gaining weight, facial hair, acne, infertility , mood changes, high testestrone level, insulin resistance, ovarian cyst, trouble loosing weight, excssive body hair growth, oily skin.
In order to avoid PCOS, one should avoid junk foods, fast food, fried food, especially broiler chicken, broiler eggs, white sugar, sodas and energy drinks, mass produced pastries and white bread .
Eat a lot of veggies, bonduc nut( kalarchikai in tamil), pineapple, papaya, brown sugar, pure milk, country chicken, country chicken egg , spinach, adamant creeper(pirandai in tamil).Excercise regularly. Reducing the sugar intake.
I have seen my cousin and sister facing this issue, it is difficult to understand the pain they are going through until you face it. Without following the proper diet and being lethargic will lead to many complications to your health. At first you may think, let us take some tablets for two to three months continuously, after that we can stop, that never works and will lead to more dangerous situation.
Yeah it is serious issue, it may lead to endometrium cancer, risk of getting diabetes, it makes harder to get pregnant, there is also an increased risk of heart disease, increased level of inflammation, ovary cyst, metabolic syndrome and depression.
So always have proper control of your mind, follow proper diet and avoid which are unhealthy , spread awareness to the unknown . Eat healthy and live healthy and prosperous life, avoid PCOS. Prevention is better than cure, so stop having unhealthy foods and let us live beautifully like a Queen.
