How To Get Rid Of From Depression??

 What is depression??

Depression is a state of mind which always say No to each progressive work of yours.Why I'm saying this.Lets find out the root cause of it and how we can be out of this mind of state.

Yes its not easy to overcome this but its not too difficult as well.Just understand the two side of one coin. This the bitter truth that you are responsible for your depression.And this is only you who can overcome out of this situation of yours.Why I am saying this because depression is all about your mindset.When you are not taking care of your mind then definitely you will stuck into depression.
How you get started to stuck into it???

Sometime you have already planned about your future and failed to achieve it .Then you started to thinking, you can say OVERTHINK and demotivate yourself.This is the first stage where you are wrong!!

Some can relate with this feeling of overthinking which worst at night.You can't sleep.your sleeping cycle get affected.This is the starting of your depression.and after few weeks you feel lonely and don't want to talk to anyone. No feelings of happiness,sadness.Sometime don't want to live.Overthinking is the main root cause of your depression.Its not in one's hand to stop the thoughts to come into mind.But YES only you have the power to get rid of it.

How to get rid of this situation ???

this is totally depend on you I can only share some tips to overcome from these kind of situations not of yours but your mind.Actually your mind is suffered because of you. Why I'm saying this because you are the one who feed to your mind negativity.Go for psychotherapists they will also tell you that don't feed your mind negative thoughts.

TIP1: Don't feed negative thought to your mind.Start telling your mind daily that YOU ARE STRONG! YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL SOUL! YOU CAN DO ANYTHING! Its only you who can help you. No one can help you not even medicines.

TIP2: Whenever your mind start to think negative then stop immediately and come back from it. for example: If anyone taunt you for your work then normally we started to think. Why he/she said it?? What is the purpose? Surely he/she don't like me??He/she definitely hates me?? What can I do now?

In this way your thoughts kept moving in your head and you cant stop them so this is the tip that someone just taunt you start to think opposite of it. Like if he said this surely he don't want me to be in trouble.He wants me to do my thing right only.I know you have to do this continuously and you have to abrupt your mind to think negative. Before that you have to start think positive.

Tip3: Start reading books which makes you feel comfortable.When you are reading the books again thoughts will stop you but you have to continue read the book. even you cant understand a single line meaning of page.Do it for few days.

TIP4: Talk about your situation to your family member. Don't hide your feelings from your family.

TIp5: No one will understand your feelings what you are going through its only you who will help you. Don't seek help from others.

Tip6: Daily write 3-4 positive sentences and loudly read it.and keep a  band like friendship band )with you in your hand whenever any negative thought comes just hit that band to yourself and realise that you have to start think it positively.

Every situation having two faces one is negative and one is positive. You only have to start feed your brain to think positive only this is the way that you will come out of it easily.

Being a doctor myself, I've got to make a few points clear. Depression is not just the opposite of happiness, rather it is a clinical condition in which the brain lack the hormones which is supposed to make us feel good. The tips offered is alright, but also know that sometimes it is beyond our control. It takes a village to support a person who is undergoing a depressive phase. It takes a lot of understanding from the people supporting the affected individuals. Wishing for the best is not just enough, but rather be present. Always take medical aid, in case of doubt. The classical picture of depression is familiar to us, but also do know that the opposite picture may also be present. Keeping a watch out for these individuals is the only way out. Let us stand for and with each other.
