The follow-up to the smash horror thriller from 2015 is called Demonte Colony 2. Arulnithi and Priya Bhavani Shankar play the main characters in the movie. composed by Sam C.S. and directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu.
First premise:
Priya Bhavani Shankar tries to figure out why her boyfriend died strangely, and in the process, she brings back to life Arulnithi, who was dead due to being possessed by the ghost named Demonte. The rest of the story revolves around their battle to protect themselves from Demonte this time.
Composing/Guide:
Has a promising beginning, effectively utilizing sound effects to create the impression of a live exhibition of bizarre deaths on television. In the first portion, Arulnithi plays Sreeni, but in this section, his twin brother Raghu gets more attention. The goal is compelling and has a fantasy component, and the cinematic logic is persuasively supported by the inclusion of certain important story components. Priya Bhavani Even if Shankar's origin makes some people wince, it fits in the Demonte universe naturally. Excellent writing skillfully joins the two pieces and brings the major characters together.
Acts:
Arulnithi's clothes for his two parts are the only ones that vary, but he does a respectable job and puts up good effort in the stunt scenes, which feature numerous shots utilizing ropes. Priya Bhavani Shankar really shines; she is given a role that is more significant than the hero, and she plays it well. Her chic look also goes really well with the role. Arun Pandian has a terrible performance; he overacts by furrowing his brows in every frame.
Details:
Having seen Sam.C.S.'s earlier works, I find his background score to be disappointing because it never improved the tone of the film. With the use of something unusual in the first parts, the cameraman has somewhat guaranteed the director's vision. However, considering how many VFX shots the movie includes,
The Chinese restaurant that serves most of the movie's action appeared real.

Technically speaking, Demonte Colony 2 wins. The color scheme gives the whole design depth, and handheld camera movements are skillfully used by director Harish Kannan to build suspense from the opening scene. If Kumaresh D wanted to avoid spoon-feeding the audience, he should have cut out some of the repetitious parts. The movie's second hero is Sam CS. His background score, albeit being loud at times, enhances the most important scenes. Only just, Ajay Gnanamuthu's sequel makes it across the border.
