Everyone speak in their interview about the leadership qualities they have, but the actual leadership is very difficult to take upon and act upon too. Its not easy too manage things while you don't know what your actually doing. you have to learn from the ground level and have to experience in every situation to guide the persons behind you.

let we talk about some theoretical stuff. Leadership can be of two types  1) Transformational leadership                                                                            2) Situational leadership

Transformational leadership - A famous leader  ADOLF HITLER, if he talks with the enemy soldiers for 10mins, the soldiers leave their life for him. That much power his talk have this is what a transformational leadership skills, to transform or help a normal person to an skilled person. A good leader is who transform his follower into a leader ,a better leader.

Situational leadership -  A normal personal can become a leader if he acted on a situation with a good presence of mind. There is a example, in Mumbai terrorist attack a police sub-inspector stopped a car and got a bullet in his chest this courageous act made the terrorist caught by police. He is a best example for situational leadership he can left the situation without doing anything but he acted on it and he become a hero to everyone. A good situational leadership skills is to think in a situation correctly and act accordingly with the presence of mind.

We cannot get a leadership  skill by birth it has to be get by experience and facing a situation. Don't run if a bad situation come stand and tackle it with smile and then you can easily tackle any situation with ease. Help your co-workers( its not followers) in every situation and leave them a situation to face also then only they can get experience - this is a beauty of good leader.

A good leader finds in a person what he is capable of and helps him to grow the talent in him. Be a good follower to become a good leader and help others to grow also. Don't be a person who afraid of asking questions, A person who ask question will be a fool for that one minute and a person who not will be a fool for the whole life. Think bout it..
