Tip 1: Regulate your sleep
Make sure that you are taking 7 to 8 hrs sleep. Always go to bed on a regular time so that your brain will fix the time and your sleeping time will be fixed.
Tip 2: Be healthy
Gone are days were we use only books to study in this techno world we are using smart devices to study so for every 20 mins avert your eyes from the screen and rotate your eyes and look other things in your study room.
Tip 3: Hear some blast music
Sitting for a long time and concetrating may lull you to sleep. So at that time hear some beat songs or dance. You can also walk and study at times. Don't get comfy while studying like sitting on the bed, lying on the bed and stuying.
Tip 4. Give yourself Break
Studing constantly is really hard. So make a time table for 6hrs and split into 3 sections of 2 hrs and take rest in between or else do some other thing which you are interest at.
Tip 5. Keep hydrated
Fill your water bottle and keep it on your table every once in a while sip it. So that you can be hydrated and your brain will get enough oxygen.
Tio 6: Switch topics
Studying a same topic or subject may make you to lose interest. So swap the subject and enjoy reading.
Tip 7: Take power naps
While studying take 15 to 20 mins sleep so that your darined brain can get restart. This power naps will also help you concentrate when you didn't get perfect night sleep.
Tip 8: Get up and move around
Sitting in an idle position will not help you to study for long time. So get up and move around, stretch yourself and come back to study.
Tip 9 : Take notes
Listening a lecture or reading a book make you to sleep so at that time better take notes and revise it later.
Tip 10: Drink coffee
Beverages which has caffeine may keep you awake but don't consume too much, at times you can also wash your face to resume your studies.
