1. Dragon Ball

A generation of millennials has been shaped by the blockbuster franchise Dragon Ball. Like the majority of anime, Dragon Ball began as a manga series. Akira Toriyama made this one in the early eighties. Dragon Ball was the first installment, released in 1986. 2. Pokemon

These demons were originally human, but Muzan Kibutsuji, a character, changed them. The story revolves around their quest to vanquish the demons alongside Muzan and attempt to return Nezuko to her human form after the protagonist's sister, Nezuko, is also changed into a demon.

Sword Art Online is an anime series, with its first season airing in 2012 and its most recent season airing in 2020, based on a series of light novels written by Reki Kawahard. The story takes place in the present era, when virtual reality technology allows users to engage in immersive gaming. But things go wrong when the developer of Sword Art Online (SAO), a mediaeval fantasy game, disables the log-out button, trapping thousands of players inside the game and leaving them stranded. To survive and return to the real world, these players must complete all one hundred progressively challenging levels in this game. The show centres on the Survey Corps, a group of people who go out to defend themselves against giant humanoid Titans in a post-apocalyptic world where they may be more alike than they think. Eren, the primary character, joins the group following his mother's horrific death at the hands of a Titan attack. This series, which is adapted from the manga by Hajime Isayama, keeps viewers gripped from start to finish.

9. Cowboy Bebop

Cowboy Bebop is set in a sci-fi futuristic world where humanity and all of its vices have spread throughout the galaxy. It centres on a peculiar group of bounty hunters. The neo-noir series centres on the crew of the ship Bebop, led by the perpetually silly Spike Spiegel and his sidekick Jet Black, who are both burdened by their pasts. Soon, a bioengineered Welsh Corgi, an eccentric wunderkind, and con artist Faye Valentine join them.

10. Jujutsu Kaisen

The Jujutsu Kaisen anime, which debuted in October 2020, is among the list's newest shows. The narrative is based on the same-titled manga series by Gege Akutami. With its stunning visuals and gripping action sequences, the first season of the show became an enormous global hit and won over many non-anime fans. Since then, Jujutsu Kaisen Zero, a prequel film, has also been released; more recently, the second season of the anime has begun to air.
