Step 2: How much by when? - Your goal must have clear deadline and value. for example, set a specific goal, I need xx Money in my investments in next 2 years. The goal could be anything of what you want, good relationship, business success etc.
Step 3: Visualization and Use “Law of attraction” - The poster should be visible for you wherein you must see it every morning and before go to bed. It goes directly to your subconscious mind through repetition. I created Vision wall at my home, kept my goal all over places including key chain, Mirror, near Television, reason is to have it registered in my mind very strong that no distraction kills my dream.

So, simple example - I used to visualize and make all my 5 senses to feel I already achieved the goal - Each day and my mind made strong conviction and directed me towards my goal automatically.
Yes, I attracted the people relevant to my goals, all of a sudden a new ideas popped up mind as how to achieve the goal and “undivided attention”.
Step 4: Most IMPORTANT Step, yes it is. without this step nothing comes true. Its TAKE ACTION. -“Dreams don't work unless you take action.
Taking Baby steps and move at least an inch per day towards your dream is must. Kaizens (change for good) is Japanese concept you can use it for your own dream achievement.
Step 5: The last but not least - Persistence, never give up at any given point of time or any obstacles. Solve all problems in a structured way and progress towards your goal.
Read, watch, search related to your dream achievement rather wasting time in non value activities. You must say to yourself "I AM NOW LIVING MY DREAM!!
