"Yoga Se Hi Hoga" Try To Karo.

It's been around 7-8 years now that i have started doing yoga. The change in my attitude since then has been so different. It is like a rebirth of the soul. So much inner peace , so much confidence.

With a group of friends i joined this hot yoga studio, where basic yoga along with pilates, ropes, aerial and much more were practiced. In the beginning it was quiet difficult to calm the body, hold postures , control breathing and maintain postures. But over a period of time things got easy and i started to develop interest in yoga.

Suddenly everything looked easy and interesting, everyday i wanted to perform new postures. My yoga trainer made sure to get me out of my shell and helped me to explore my soul and mind. Few months passed by and i actually did not even realize that my mind was also getting calmer.

Along with my body my inner mind and soul had also started to get calmer. There was a kind of self achievement every time i went a step ahead. I still feel wonderful while doing yoga but that particular time when i was coming out of my shell was very different and beautiful.

I had a friend who was suffering with lot of depression, anxiety, low self esteem, jealousy and so much more. I somehow convinced her to try with yoga.

With a lot of love and understanding i made her join the classes along with me. Initially, she use to actually burst into tears as we practiced breathing exercise's. With so many miserable days  slowly she found her inner self, she kept trying and trying, little with my support, her family support and with the help of yoga guru.

Almost after a month her life changed , she found her peace, her anxiousness got calmer, she finally got her wings out and learnt to fly on her own. That caterpillar bloomed into the most gorgeous and confident butterfly. She became so solid that she exactly knew how to convert the negativity into positivity.

When i joined yoga i felt the same throughout the journey but i am sure her experience was a little better one and different. Because she was at her lowest.

 I wanted to share this experience on International Yoga Day, so that i could at least inspire one person to make a change in their lives with yoga. Hence i conclude proudly โ€œYOGA SE HI HOGA!โ€, your presence of mind, confidence, weight loss, positive attitude and much more beautiful changes take place because of yoga .
