Hey guys! Today I am going to discuss on a topic which we often lack in our day to day life which costs us in a big time.So read it till end

I was once a 102 kg man.It did not bother me very much.But at some point of time , I decided to lose some weight.So I hit the gym and followed diet plans.After first day at hitting gym I did not check my weight as I know losing weight is not going to be at rocket speed.After three weeks of daily gym and diets,I decided to check my weight.I thought I would have atleast lost 2 to 3 kg.But I lost only 0.2 kilogram. It devastated me and it started to frustrate me.Even after that I tried to build my confidence and hit gym but it really was like I have lost interest in it and let go of my process.I did not stay consistent in my process

Even though I have reduced my weight now,I was not consistent in that process.Not just this,but staying consistent in any process is always difficult for some of us.

So that's our topic today.How to be consistent?

One of the most difficult things to stay consistent is not getting desired result.We often expect results and if we do not get that desired result,we get frustrated.To overcome this, we can create small goals instead of one big goal.We often create a big goal and to attain that we fasten the process but it will not produce our result.As a result,only thing we get is depression and frustration.At the same time, if we create small goals it can produce the desired result even if we don't fasten it. It helps us to stay consistent and maintain mental health.

Being patient is also a factor in shaping up the process.We often look at the result rather than process.We sometimes need to forget the result and just focus on the process.Think about the controllables the ones which are under your control and just try to do it right. It's the result that puts pressure on us

Always have a daily check list and if you can't complete it don't worry you always have a second day. We sometimes think if it is really worth the effort and don't take it to your head to stay consistent.PRACTICE MAKES A MAN PERFECT.Share your opinion on this.BYE Guys.Have fun
