We all think that why our life is a waste but we never think for a single moment that, its not the outter factor that leaded us to this, but it's the tiny tiny actions which we repeated daily for decades destined us to this situation. By changing a little bit today we can have have immense change in our future, A fun fact if a pilot changes flight of a plane by 1Β° while taking off from India to Newyork, the plane will arrive somewhere in Canda. This is also true with life at first we try and hope for a miracle or ground breaking performance, and when we donot achieve it we fell demotivated and quite on our dreams. A quote says β Its not the first blow of a hammer that breaks the stone but it's the 100th and 1st blow which breaks itβ. At first the changes are invisible but when one have the mentality to try it again and again that time the dream comes true. And for the people that 1st blow after 100th is overnight success. So try hard and never hope for overnight success, only one thing happens overnight that is death. Forget about goals, focus on system instead, prevailing wisdom claims that the best way to achieve what we want in life- getting into better shape, building a succesful business, spending leisure time with family and friends. Setting goals in life will give you some success but in long run you'll fail immensely. But making your system better with time will make you reach at the elite spot in long run. What's the difference between systems and goals? It's a distinction. Goals are results you want to achieve. System are about the processes that lead to those results.
Now I want to ask you a question, what if you'll completely ignore goals and focus only on system will you be able to achieve your goals, the answer will be yes. But if you only focus on goals and ignore the system you'll be completely wasted. It's not the goal which differentiate winner from looser, it's the system and mentality.
"The value of life is not in the length of days, but in the use we make of them; a man may live long yet very little." Michel de Montaigne.
