Walking is good thing in the life as it done that thing which no-one can do it because mostly old age people says like that they after taking the dinner always go for walk or sit in Tadasana in the yoga position so people are the smart enough as they not obeyed and sleep like an Hippo or elephant but friends there is no fun here we should go foe walk for immediately as the stomach asked for the good digestion so walking is the best option for your cutie stomach..
